Scooter's handlebar could break, recalled in Europe

The Oxelo Town 9 EasyFold kick scooter for adults has been recalled in Poland, and other regulatory action has happened in France and Slovenia. 

It still appears to be sold in Australia by at least one retailer (I didn't do a comprehensive search, just followed the Google ads). This one even matches one of the reference numbers listed in the RAPEX notice (8240435).

This toy has been withdrawn from sale in Europe because it contains small parts, which pose a choking hazard. But if you want to buy it in bulk, it's currently available in Ali Baba!

It's interesting because like almost every toy with unsafe small parts, this toy is labelled 'Suitable for 3 years old or above.' It's odd because the child on the packaging doesn't look older than 3...
